Prior to departure, we request with gratitude that you please follow these steps:
Close and lock all windows and doors
Wash all your used towels and place them in the dryer prior to departure
Strip all your sheets off all beds used - Place on floor at end of each bed please
If staying in the apartment, please leave bedding in the apartment.
If staying in boathouse, please bring all bedding and towels to main house and leave on floor of laundry room.
Clean and load all used dishes into the dishwasher - and please start the dishwasher
Turn off all the lights and fans
Turn off all the AC/Heaters
Take all the trash out and place in the large trash container behind the garage.
Remove all your perishable foods from all refrigerators - please take with you.
Check all drawers and closets for personal items
Report any damage that may have occurred immediately
House Rules
Be safe and have fun, but please follow these simple and important house rules:
No Pets permitted
No Smoking inside or outside the property (including vapes)
No guests inside the home that are not on the reservation without written consent
Trash pickup is every Monday morning. Please dump trash in the bin behind the Airstream.
No Garage access
No Parties allowed
Please use all the kayaks, but due to high evening tides please store in the boathouse storage every night
Due to high evening tides please stack the green beach chairs and store kayaks every night.
Always extinguish beach campfires when done.
Boathouse: Please close and lock all boathouse windows when not in use - due to unexpected high winds and weather changes
Sorry, but The Tram is off use to all guests at all times during your stay. Guests must be pre-approved in advance to arriving for any exceptions for handicap or elderly guests - and a signed liability release form must be in our possession before arriving to the property.
Please report any damage immediately that may have occurred to the property.
No shoes inside please. Due to the nature of being in nature we ask that you please avoid wearing shoes on the carpeted areas of house, so that we can continue to maintain a lovely house for your future visits.
Please only use beach towels (provided) at the lake and use white bath towels for bathroom use.
If any of the house towels, wash cloths or bedding/sheets get stained, we ask that you please spray it with the Spray’nWash provided in the laundry rooms. See directions on Spray’nWash bottle for steps to preventing long-term stains.
When present, the Airstream behind the apartment if locked, under camera surveillance - and not accessible. Please do not tamper with it or attempt to enter it.
Please drive safely down the driveway - speed limit is 10mph
Please respect our neighbors, and keep quiet after 9pm. Our neighbors are amazing friends and we want to be able to continue to share this amazing space with all of you.
